1. Scope of our Privacy Policy

The collection and processing of personal data has been outlined to be in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

No personal data or information obtained is collected or processed for the purpose of permitting it to be exploited in any manner by a third party.

Your data may be collected orally, in writing (notably through forms and contracts), as well as by electronic means. The protection of your personal data against any loss, destruction, alteration, access, or improper or unauthorised use is guaranteed, adopting to this end all the legally required measures. Despite our efforts, we would like to warn you that the Internet may not be a safe place to communicate. In fact, information transmitted via the Internet may be intercepted by third parties. 5. What is the retention/conservation period for personal data?

User data is kept for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in accordance with the legislation in force.

6. Right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition of personal data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data concerning them. The data subject also has the right to demand, under certain circumstances, the limitation of the processing of personal data, as well as the right to oppose processing and the right to data portability. 7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
